The seller creates a product or service and lists it, using the Audiophile.org Secure Payment System GET option. 

The buyer accepts to buy the product and chooses one of the credit bank options determined by the seller and makes the payment. 

One of the options, batch withdrawal or installment by credit bank is chosen In the Audiophile GET Secure Payment System system, payment in one lot or installments by credit card can be preferred. 

The payment made by the buyer is deposited to the pool account of the BDDK-accredited financial provider with whom Audiophile GET Secure Payment System cooperates. 

The product is reserved for the buyer when the payment is made. The seller ships the product, and enters shipment details into the system. 

The buyer accepts or rejects the product via the system within three days if it fits the specifications expressed when he/she receives it. 

Audiophile GET Secure Payment System deducts the service fee within 7 days and posts it to the seller when the product is accepted. 

If the product is rejected, Audiophile GET Secure Payment System keeps the money under guarantee until the dispute is settled, and assists in resolving the dispute. 

The buyers will not pay any fees or late payment interest apart from the product sale price whether it is payment in one lot or installments by credit card via GET Secure Payment System except for returns without good reason. 

The buyer does not make the payment directly to the seller but to Audiophile GET Secure Payment System for the buy and sales made via Audiophile GET Secure Payment System, which instructs the seller to ship the goods once payment is received. 

When the buyer receives the product, he/she examines the product, confirms it and the payment he/she made is transferred from the pool account of Audiophile GET Secure Payment System.Com to the sellers account. If you receive a product with specifications other than those expressed by the seller, you can return the product and cancel the transaction and receive back your payment from the pool account of GET Secure Payment System under the conditions specified. 

You would need to confirm the transaction within a given period after the seller ships the product to you and enters the shipment details. Otherwise, our system will automatically confirm the transaction if you exceed the period. 

All rights of the buyer, specified pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (formerly 4077), and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in the Audiophile GET Secure Payment System transactions are reserved and he/she can exercise these rights for the notifications he /she will make to the Seller. The buyer can also exercise his/her rights defined within the scope of GET Secure Payment System through the notifications he/she will make via the system in addition to these rights in GET Secure Payment System transactions. However, no rights of withdrawal may be exercised pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the Regulation on Distance Contracts without good reason if the product buy is in used condition or does not come with an invoice. The service fee to be paid by the users making sales via the Audiophile GET Secure Payment System system is paid with a commission calculated over the product sale fee. The main purposes of Audiophile.org GET Secure Payment System are to guarantee the delivery of the product in return for the money paid by the buyer, and also guarantee that the Seller will receive his/her money when he/she ships the product. 

However, since the products subject to be processed on Audiophile GET Secure Payment System are generally the used products sold from person to person, Audiophile GET Secure Payment System does not have the possibility to know the content of the goods shipped or taken back. In other words, Audiophile GET Secure Payment System cannot be expected to be informed about the quality or content of the product returned to the seller due to any reason after it is received and opened by the buyer. Therefore, Audiophile GET Secure Payment System does not have a legal ground to distinguish between the fair and unfair even if it may provide assistance in settling the disputes, which may arise between the buyer and seller. These transactions have been regulated pursuant to related provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (formerly 4077). Accordingly, the buyers and the sellers are recommended to carry out the e-commerce transaction by taking into account that unforeseen problems may arise in the buying/selling relationship, and inspect the condition of the goods, which they ship, take delivery of, return, or receive back for rejection, for the purpose of legally documenting and proving if necessary. Even though Audiophile GET Secure Payment System will try its utmost to distinguish between the fair/unfair through its own means, the buyer and the seller agree that the legal authority for the resolution of all disputes hereof will be the Courts of the Republic of Turkey.
