- Listings promising the delivery of products not currently available to seller

- Listings suspicious of having the intention of price competition, unfair competition or to slander other products

- Listings always featuring text in capital letters

- Displaying a product marked as sold before expiration date within 30 days as if it has not been sold

- Deleting the contents of a listed product and then marking it as sold

- Displaying the same product in multiple categories

- Displaying suspected advertising and promotion or commercial content for multiple products into one listing

Determining what type of listings are displayed will be at the website administration’s discretion. Such displayed listings may be removed by the website administration without prior warning, and the membership of the user banned. In this case, the user may not claim a right or request a refund

By displaying on the website, you are deemed to have accepted that you will not publish the following types of content in any way whatsoever, not to post or submit them via email;

• Content consisting of or including listings sent to Audiopgile.org users who have not opted for “relationship marketing”, “junk mail”, “Spam”, “Chain mails”, products or commercial benefits

• Content including links to commercial services or websites other than those permitted under “Services”

• Content promoting and/or selling illegal services or products, the sales of which are prohibited or restricted by law

• Content that contains other software viruses, computer codes, files or scripts designed to limit or damage the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication equipment

We do not check the contents presented through our website; however, the messages which are disrespectful, offensive, rude, wrong, misleading, or include unfair competition or violence may be deleted without a warning; and the content owner may not be permitted to login or display on the website again

Only listings for music systems, musical instruments, and devices intended for listening to music may be displayed on the www.audiophile.org portal. However, in the ‘Miscellaneous products from audiophiles’ section, all types of other listings may be displayed, provided that the products are not on the ban list. Products and services banned from being listed, offered for sale and listed include but are not limited to the following
